2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia. If you are located outside of Malaysia, please contact us at ops@meowcare.my to inquire about international delivery options.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days
Note: These timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
5. Order Tracking
All parcels come with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Send an email to ops@meowcare.my with your order number and any relevant details (photos if damaged).
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. MEOWCAREMY SDN. BHD. is not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. Re-delivery charges may apply.
